CCQ in pictures

As head of the Asthma/COPD service I have worked with Professor Thys van der Molen for many years. He is the founder of the Clinical COPD Questionnaire (CCQ). This is a questionnaire about the health status of people with COPD. This questionnaire is used by all general practitioners in the Netherlands. The list is now available in 60 languages.

I have now made the CCQ visual: CCQ in the picture. In a working group we are validating the scientific  questionnaire. We hope to release the entire questionnaire in early 2022. Until then I'm only allowed to show 2 out of 10 questions.
