Real estate company Boekema is facing a major challenge: the existing housing stock must be made more sustainable by means of technical and social innovations.

Based on this drawing, Boekema explained their vision on this challenge to their customer and partners. And after the meeting, everyone received the drawing so that the story stuck the next day and beyond.
