When employees become ill and can no longer perform their work, this has a great impact. Sick employees face an uncertain period in which they must learn to deal with the new situation. Many sick employees have difficulty taking control of their own reintegration process.

 

The 'ERIRE' project has developed a methodology that provides sick employees with tools to take control of the reintegration process themselves and thus increase their chances of faster reintegration.

 

For the ERIRE project I made drawings and animations about the Self-direction conversation and the Self-perspective conversation
